Dr. Alisa Nola is a Wichita native. She received her Bachelors degree at Wichita State University (Go Shockers!) and her Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry. Her passion for providing care for pediatrics and those affected with brain injuries led her to complete her residency training in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation in Minnesota. Dr. Nola recently dedicated nearly 4 years of patient care in San Antonio where she treated hundreds of patients with learning disabilities, strabismus, amblyopia, difficulty with reading, double vision, and head injuries.

She is currently an InfantSEE provider, where she provides comprehensive eye exams to infants and screens for eye diseases in pediatrics. Dr. Nola has dedicated her learning and specialty care by completing her fellowships with the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and the American Academy of Optometry. She is also a proud member of the Kansas Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Her mission is to bring access to vision care to her surrounding community as well as around the world. Through multiple faith-based mission trips, she helped provide essential eye exams and glasses to those in need in Honduras, Belize, and Laos. In her free time she enjoys home improvement projects, long walks outdoors, and play time with her fur baby (Lulu). Dr. Nola is excited to return to Wichita so she can be part of this amazing city.

Patient Service & Optometry Technician

John was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from Wichita East High School and did some studying at Wichita State University and the University of Kansas. He has lived in Arkansas and California, where he gained experiences in the food, medical and television industry.

During his free time, he likes to stay active by running and playing pickleball. He also enjoys collecting and playing board games with friends and family. Now that he is back in Wichita, he hopes to bring a fun and unique experience at Verity Vision.

Easy process, they get pretty busy sometimes but being in Towne East, we all know how that goes. But the service was great I was offered bottled water while I waited. And once I was with the doctor the process went quickly.
